The Dijon Bourgogne Tourisme & Congrès Tourist Office and the Edmond FALLOT mustard factory are offering you a unique mustard experience in Dijon!
Burgundy's last great family mustard factory, Edmond FALLOT, founded in 1840, has managed to maintain the know-how of its mustard-makers.
Make an appointment with our mustard-maker, who will reveal all the secrets of making this famous mustard and invite you to make it yourself.

At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own "homemade" mustard, and you're invited to visit the Fallot boutique (8, rue de la Chouette - Dijon) to present your voucher and pick up a gift.
