Base de voile Jean-Marie Savet
The sailing base created in 1981 is located on the western shore of the lake of Vesoul-Vaivre. Since 8 June 2013 it has been named after "Jean-Marie Savet", who was responsible for the creation of the lake and co-founded the Club Nautique Haut-Saônois.
The Nautical Club has 300 members, of which a hundred are regulars, and offers a range of activities from the rental of nautical equipment to the reception of groups, to individual training courses on the lake or at sea, to regional and national competitions.
With a team of qualified instructors and many passionate volunteers, the base is a place for relaxation or intense activity, as you wish. We make it a point of honour to welcome everyone by investing in adapted equipment, especially for people with reduced mobility, and we offer specific training courses and outings on the water...
The sailing base also welcomes groups, hires out nautical equipment in the summer such as paddleboats, pedal boats, kayaks... and organises themed evenings in the summer (schooner or paddleboat). The nautical festival in June, the paddle parties on 14 July and 15 August.
The base has a car park accessible to cars and buses (lines 3 and 5 of the Vbus network).
