BIERE EXPERIENCES

Welcome to our workshop, located at the heart of the Brasserie de France campus.

We'll take you on a zythological journey lasting 2 to 4 hours, during which you'll learn all the secrets of craft beer, as well as tasting and/or production techniques.

Our 2-hour workshops give you a complete introduction to the art of tasting and its vocabulary, either on beers or on cross-tasting between beer and wine.
During our "You're the brewer" workshop, in teams of 2, at your own workstation, you'll implement an "all-grain" recipe, from weighing and crushing the cereals to fermentation, including mashing, boiling and hopping.

Educational and interactive, all sessions are led by passionate professionals who are on hand to answer your questions.
