Château de Vault-de-Lugny
The restaurant at Château de Vault-de-Lugny is set in the luxurious and intimate surroundings of the Château, which dates back to the 13th and 17th centuries. Chef Franco Bowanee uses produce from the kitchen garden to create his menus, including his vegetarian menu, mushrooms and truffles in autumn.
Romantic candlelit dinners in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in summer, the Château's restaurant offers a fine selection of gourmet pleasures. An all-lobster bistro meal is available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
