Simone's Brewery Farm offers beers and soft drinks produced from the hops and other plants grown on the farm.
It opened in 2019 and has been certified organic since 2022.
Aurèle Cordier, a farmer in Juif, grows herbs, medicinal plants, fruits and hops on her farm. Barley is also grown on other plots.
As the seasons go by, Aurèle Cordier brews her peasant beers from the plants she grows. She offers 12 variations, and everyone can find something to their liking among the blondes, whites, ambers, blacks and IPAs. Simone is a living beer, available refermented in the bottle or directly from the keg. In addition to local barley, these hand-brewed beers are made with organic malts from the Auvergne.
