The Cassissium invites you to take part in a fun and educational experience based around blackcurrants. The different facets of crème de cassis production are explored during the "Cassissium" and "Blackcurrant Experience" tours. Visitors can discover the company's products and the local area by tasting crème de cassis, liqueurs and syrups (as well as the sweet and savoury snacks on offer during the "Cassis Experience" tour).
A shop selling Védren products as well as regional products is open to the public, with tastings available.
Maison Védrenne products are also available for sale in the regional shops in Dijon and Beaune.

Special opening conditions :
For the safety of our visitors and staff, we are putting in place the following safety instructions to ensure that the resumption of tourist activity (museum visits, guided tours, tastings) goes smoothly
- Disinfection of hands with hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory upon entry to the Cassissium.
- Hydro-alcoholic gel will be available in the museum, in different places.
- Guided tours are limited to 9 visitors + 1 guide in the Védrenne factory. Reservations are required
- We ask you to respect a distance of one meter between the other visitors, your guide or other person
- Wearing a mask is recommended for access to the shop only. However, it will be mandatory for the visit of the museum and the guided tour in the Védrenne factory for all visitors (from 3 years old)
- We condemn the "interactive" spaces, but we make sure to adapt the museum space so that you do not lose information
- The tasting of Védrenne products will be done by your guide. In order to avoid any health risk, we offer you your tasting glass
- We assure your service: we thank you not to touch the products in the shop
- Animals are not allowed in the Cassissium.
