Its ideal location will allow you to enjoy the bustle of the city, with its restaurants and pedestrian streets nearby, while being just a stone's throw from the surrounding countryside.

- 1 mezzanine bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), dressing room and desk.

The duplex is on the 2nd floor without lift, and the bedroom is on the mezzanine (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
