L'Officine du Cacao

Between Claire and chocolate, it's a story of gourmet pleasure and craftsmanship; working a noble material with her own hands. The cocoa bean is shaped like the vines of a terroir or the sandstone turned in the Loire Valley.
Our chocolate, with the "La Belle Nièvre" label, is made entirely at the Officine du Cacao. We work with cocoa beans rigorously selected by origin, using the "Bean to Bar" method: gentle roasting, pre-grinding, grinding, conching and maturing to bring out the full flavour.
At the Officine du Cacao, you'll find a wide range of artisanal products: chocolate bars, chocolate bonbons, confectionery and travel cakes. Come and visit the Officine du Cacao workshop-boutique at La Charité-sur-Loire in the Nièvre region.
