Musée de la Vigne et du Tire-Bouchon
Alain Geoffroy, a leading Chablis winemaker, has a passion for old winemaking tools and corkscrews. The winegrower has amassed an impressive collection of objects and tools relating to the work of the vine. To date, his collection comprises almost 9,000 items. All these objects tell their story in a remarkable exhibition that retraces the work of the winegrower. An astonishing collection of 4,900 corkscrews dating from the 18th century to the present day. A second floor is open to visitors, with tools used in vineyard and wine-making. At the end of the tour, the estate offers you a tasting of its Chablis wines and the chance to buy a few bottles of its production.
