Le Gourmet Traiteur is THE specialist in quality Burgundian gastronomy. Both a pastry chef and a caterer, this family business with over 30 years of experience is now run by a brother and sister, Laurent and Gaëlle Herbert.
All of their dishes are guaranteed homemade and made with passion by the Gourmet team using ingredients from rigorously selected producers. They maintain and revisit the culinary heritage of Burgundy.
One of their must-have products, among their range of 12 varieties of home-made gingerbread: the ganache gingerbread.
