Located in the seventeenth-century building of the Tour d'Auxois hotel, this is a true "Loiseau du Morvan" bistro experience, with a focus on local market cuisine accessible to all.
Friendly and generous, it pays tribute to local produce and regional classics such as oeufs en meurette and Gaston Gérard poultry. Two signatures of our Bistrots (as in Beaune and Besançon) will be on show: the moulded oak wine cellar offering wines by the glass, and the dessert trolley designed by the Côte d'Or patisserie (located opposite).
