On the picturesque roads of southern Burgundy

Day 1 Dijon
Arrive in Dijon at your hotel, located in the heart of the city near the pedestrianised historic quarter. Take the opportunity to discover Dijon's treasures, such as Notre Dame Church and the Tomb of the Dukes of Burgundy: in medieval Burgundy, the Dukes were more important than the King of France. The influence of the Dukes of Burgundy was recognised and they were particularly close to the English crown.

Day 2 Dijon - Beaune 43 km
No sooner have you left Dijon than you're in the vineyards of Marsannay la Côte. Don't miss the Aloxe Corton wine château, with its magnificent decorated roof, and the 12th-century Château du Clos de Vougeot, which was once owned by the Citeaux Abbey for centuries. You then pass through Nuits-Saint-Georges, named after the famous appellation wine that has been produced here for centuries. You arrive in Beaune, enjoy a tasting of these precious beverages and stay in the heart of the Burgundy wine capital.

Day 3 Beaune - Beaune 32 km
Take time to visit the famous Hôtel-Dieu, a former hospice dating from the 15th century. Then you
leave Beaune by bike and cycle through wine-growing villages whose names evoke world-famous wines: Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet... Be sure to stop in Pommard for a prestigious tasting at Château de Pommard. Then return to Beaune on the Voie Verte. Your tour ends after your arrival in Beaune, but you can extend it with one or more extra nights if you wish.
