A 2-hour PRACTICAL journey into "zythology" (from the Greek zythos, meaning "barley wine": a historic beverage made from fermented barley). Watch the main stages in the brewing process.

On the programme:
-Presentation of the recipe of the day, discovery of the ingredients
-Perform the main stages of beer making in front of you, on a 20 litre "all grain" brewery.
-Discover and practise the art of beer tasting
