A 2-hour journey to the crossroads of oenology and 'zythology' (from the Greek zythos, 'barley wine'), led by Laurent Gotti, author of the book 'Les Vins de Bourgogne', and our zythologist.
Through historical anecdotes and tasting techniques, discover the many similarities between these two beverages so dear to our Burgundy terroir.
